Whitetail Deer Hunting Packages
Thank you for your interest in hunting at the Hatton Ranch. Whitetail buck hunts are guided one-on-one and fees are determined using gross Boone & Crocket scoring. Coyotes, hogs and other varmints are included in all hunts.
Whitetail Buck Hunt – $1,000.00 plus Trophy Fee (trophy fee payable only if a buck is taken) The price includes the harvest of one mature buck, and one doe, if available.
3 day hunts with 3 nights lodging
Management Hunt Score < 140 inches Trophy Fee: $2,000
Classic Hunt Score: 140's & 150's (inches) Trophy Fee: $3,500
4 day hunts with 4 nights lodging
Trophy Hunt Score: 160's & 170's (inches) Trophy Fee: $5,500
Trophy Hunt Score: 180's & 190's (inches) Trophy Fee: $7,000
Trophy Hunt Any Buck (200 inches +) ** Trophy Fee: $9,500
**Special Bucks (as identified by Hatton Ranch) are priced individually. There maybe 1 or 2 bucks designated as Special Bucks each year. The majority of our bucks will be priced as indicated above.
You should arrive between noon and 1:30 on the first day of the hunt and depart by noon on the last day of the hunt.
Youth hunter under 17 years of age accompanied by another paid hunter receives a $500 discount on the hunt fee.
Lodging
Lodging is provided in our private fully furnished and equipped 1-bedroom cabins. They have kitchens and a private restroom with shower and include all linens and cooking and eating utensils. $80 per night per cabin plus 6% hotel tax is included in the base hunt fee. We do not mix groups in a cabin.
Meals
A professional chef is available to furnish meals at an additional cost. This must be arranged in advance.
All hunts are fair chase within our 780 acre high fenced ranch. There is no guarantee of harvest, only availability of game. Our guide must approve each buck to be harvested. Our guides estimate the buck's age and score. If the final score is larger, you pay based on the guides estimate. If the score is smaller, you pay based on the final score. In other words, we take the risk for you. The final decision to harvest a given buck is up to the hunter. Field dressing is included. Taxidermy and game processing services are available locally.
A $1,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon wounding or harvesting an animal. No personal checks will be accepted for the final payment.
The hunting schedule and fees are subject to change until secured with your deposit. Gratuities are not included as they are a reflection of your satisfaction and are left up to your discretion. 10% to 15% of the total cost is customary practice.
